But telepresence would be wonderful for dealing with infectious diseases.

I am not sure we aren't close to that 30% if you include the people who
receive small portions of their income in cash and fail to report it.
While these reporting failures don't have much effect on tax liability,
they do quickly raise the percent of people who are technically in
violation of the tax laws.
