Nah, he told me that stuff was destroyed long ago ;-)
Can't imagine anyone going the trouble of culturing Anthrax when there's
other simpler to obtain/manufacture and almost as potent CBW agents ;;-)

I impression was that jim didn't use encryption religously ;-(
