One additional news tidbit.  

FBI director Louis Freeh said he was "extremely disappointed" in the
charges against Horiuchi, and promised that the Federal Government 
would spare no expense in defending him against them. 

Hey, I've got an idea.  Is Stephan Jones free? :)
