If you are a professional or researcher, or if you have a graduate degree and you intend to practice your profession or do research in the U.S. you may be able to qualify for a Green Card. If you are employed as an executive or manager by a qualified company outside the U.S. for at least one out of the past three years, and you are going to take a similar position with a branch, affiliate or subsidiary of the same company in the U.S., you may qualify for a green card as a priority worker.
