Hi folks,
I'm a newbie so I my be in a wrong place,.
Anyway, can someone tell me what kind of program(MSDOS/WINDOWS) encrypts 
file(s) and as a result, it makes a file with ".sec" extension. The 
result file contains a header string "PNCICRYPT".
