I've just started a crypto newsletter: CRYPTO-GRAM is a free monthly 
email  newsletter on cryptography from Bruce Schneier (author of 
Applied Cryptography, inventor of Blowfish, general crypto pundit 
and occasional crypto curmudgeon).
