BTW, is all this talk about rules for specific frequencies dedicated to
amateur radio?

Why not use some of the frequency ranges that were recently opened up
for unlicensed SS/RF use? 

	Matt (who sends encrypted traffic over the airwaves with his
Ricochet modem)
